B. Walker & Co. have a very wide range of commercial and residential properties for rent, mainly in the Gloucestershire and north Bristol areas. Our properties include everything from Cotswold stone mills dating back several centuries to new-build warehouses. There are one-bedroom flats, houses, shops with flats above, lock-up shops, garages, office buildings, factories & workshops, pubs...in fact, there's not much that we don’t offer. We also provide aircraft hangarage as a specialist service.
We have been involved in property rental since the 1980s and take a long-term view when it comes to investing in our buildings. Maintenance, repair and refurbishment work is all carried out by our own highly skilled staff. We believe in treating our tenants fairly. As a result, a large number of our customers – both commercial and residential – have stayed with us for many years.
